Kollektivbibliothek en colaboración con la Asamblea Migrante nos juntamos para catalogar parte de nuestra colección en castellano en una sesión colectiva que se celebrará en Casino (Sonnenallee 100). En este taller, trabajaremos con el programa abierto inventaire para añadir juntes los libros de la colección a nuestro catálogo en línea. Ven a conocernos , saber cómo funcionamos y compartir próximos eventos e imaginar juntes. Este taller pretende ser un momento de autoaprendizaje, de inmersión en los archivos críticos, de intercambio de ideas y propuestas para la kollektivBibliothek y de creación de comunidades en torno al pensamiento crítico y nuestra colección de libros. Junto a Asamblea Migrante tendremos un momento para intercambiar ideas y propuestas y conspirar juntas sobre futuras alianzas.
No se necesita experiencia, ¡solo trae tu curiosidad y tu propio ordenador portátil! Habrá algún aperitivo y buena compañía.

Kollektivbibliothek invites community members to help us work on cataloguing our extensive collection in a collective cataloguing session at Casino (Sonnenallee 100). Kollektivbibliothek has a collection of over 6000 books, but so far only a small fraction of them have been uploaded to our publicly accessible online catalogue – we invite you to come help us make the collection more accessible for everyone! In this workshop, we will work with the free program inventaire to add books from the collection to our online catalogue together.
This workshop is intended as a moment of self education, diving into the critical archives, exchange of ideas and proposals for the collective Bibliothek and building up communities around critical thinking.
No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and your own laptop! Snacks and good company will be provided.
On this day a specific section and proposal around critical tech will be presented, we are excited!

November 26th (18-21h) and 27th (13-17h) Poster Making with the Kollektivbibliothek Archives at Casino this workshop will be held in English and Spanish
Did you know that Kollektivbibliothek is not just a library, but also a poster archive, with a collection of hundreds of historic and contemporary political posters which catalogue Berlin’s many social movements from the 1990’s until today? In this workshop, you will be invited to use a selection from the archive as raw material to create your own new poster design to take home, to hang in the street or to create new images for the Kollektivbibliothek collection. No art experience is necessary and all materials will be provided (various posters, paper, linocut materials and a colour photocopier).
